Megan Lange, Co-Owner
Megan Lange has 23 years of experience providing therapy to children and guiding parents, teachers, and therapists. Seeing a need among seniors, she co-founded FirstLight Home Care Woodland Hills–Calabasas to deliver compassionate care that promotes dignity and independence. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from CSU Chico and an M.A. in Education from the University of La Verne. Megan enjoys the outdoors, gardening, cooking, reading, and time with family.

Tommy Webber, Co-Owner
Tommy Webber oversees operations and business development. Previously a Director of Operations for 22 years at a major media company, he brings leadership, strategy, and systems expertise to the agency. He holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Washington and enjoys hiking, traveling, exploring foods, and family time.
