Shirin Paidar is owner and founder of Florentyna's A Fine Flower Company, and has been a member with the Calabasas Chamber of Commerce for 14 years and an essential business of the Calabasas community providing memories, appreciation, support, and smiles to countless families.
After studying International Studies at the University of South Florida in Tampa and earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1983, Shirin worked for a variety of corporations for over two decades. But this path was not the right one. Following her passion, she went back to school and earned an Associate of Arts degree in Landscape Design and began working creatively with landscape companies.
Shirin has always enjoyed working with her hands and being artistic, so in 2009 she decided to purchase her own flower company to both satisfy her creative flair and to provide high-quality, beautiful floral arrangements to the entire region. Her staff takes pride in providing comfort and joy to their loyal customer base – who helped them navigate the recent economic challenges during and after the pandemic. Florentyna’s provides ready-to-order or customized arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, holidays, and more.
